WEB GEMS- Bot 9th: Zack Greinke robbed Mike Fontenot of a base hit.

Zack Greinke tossed a complete game at Petco Park where the Cincinnati Reds
beat the San Diego Padres 3 to 2.

Greinke(1-0) was in control of the game from the outset. He allowed only 7
hits and 3 walks in 9 innings. San Diego threatened in the 9th but their
rally came up short.

Carlos Zambrano(4-5) was the loser. Tim Stoops was clearly disappointed after
the game. 'It was a manager's nightmare out there', he said, 'We should have
had this one.'
