Victor Zambrano(1-0) and Carlos Zambrano(4-3) treated the San Diego fans to a
fine pitching duel at Petco Park. The Chicago (AL) White Sox eventually
emerged as victors over the San Diego Padres by the score of 2 to 0.

San Diego was unable to recover after Chicago (AL) went ahead in the top of
the 6th inning scoring a single run using 3 hits. Chicago (AL) had only 6
hits for the afternoon.
