Randy Johnson had a strong outing and Mike Cameron had 4 hits and 2 RBI at
Petco Park as the Los Angeles(NL) Dodgers beat the San Diego Padres 4 to
1.

Johnson(1-0) was indeed brilliant as he hand-cuffed the San Diego offense. He
didn't give up much, just 4 hits and 2 walks in 9 innings. Los Angeles(NL)
rapped out 11 hits for the night.

Dave Williams(1-2) suffered the loss. 'Johnson took our guys to school' Tim
Stoops said. 'Too bad he doesn't pitch for us - it would make my job a whole
lot easier!'
